Bob Lobster was originally established in 2001 by Bob, a local lobsterman & his wife, Joyce Hartigan. What started as a local seafood market for Bob to sell his daily catch, quickly expanded to a restaurant proudly serving golden fried seafood, award-winning lobster rolls, chowder, ice cream, and more. Additionally, Bob Lobster offers take and bake homemade seafood pies and lobster mac n cheese.
In 2017, four friends from Plum Island: Brad DeLibero, Jasmine Lewan, Paul Rooney, and Kim-Soo DeLibero are proud to continue Bob & Joyce’s legacy. Bob Lobster continues to offer fresh lobsters from local lobstermen in the fresh seafood market. Chef Brad still serves many of the classic Bob Lobster menu items, including the award-winning lobster rolls and golden fried seafood, as well as his own special items like his butter poached lobster roll, lobster poutine, and more! You can also still find homemade take and bake seafood pies and lobster mac n cheese.
